I have always loved this poem, and for some reason, I felt compelled to post it today.
Maybe it's for you.....
LOVE
by Emmet Fox
There is no difficulty that love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem......
(Photo from my previous garden)
It makes no difference how deeply seated may be the trouble,
How hopeless the outlook,
How muddled the tangle,
How great the mistake,
A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all....
If only you could love enough,
you would be the happiest and most powerful being in the world....
What a beautiful poem and one I needed today! Thanks for posting it.

Great poem, Polly. You sure know how to make a girl's day. I am missing my love as he is working out of town.
ReplyDeleteYour "previous" garden...so pretty. My flowers are looking a little sad right now. 104 degree temps will do that..
isn't it wonderful that someone loved us enough to give His life and make all those things possible !
